When grumpy Shrek and chatty Donkey are set the task of rescuing the beautiful Fiona from her tower, they only do it for vertically challenged villain, Lord Forquad. While Shrek is completing the quest just to get the job done, he finds that true love and happiness are possible away from the comfort of his swamp.
Originally produced on Broadway by Dreamworks Theatricals and Neal Street Productions, Shrek the Musical comes to Glasgow as an amateur production presented by arrangement with Music Theatre International. Featuring all of the much-loved classic songs, Shrek the Musical also adds new, dynamic songs to its musical score.
