Nemesis

Full of unpredictable loops and turns, Nemesis is your classic rollercoaster! Travelling at 50mph with 3.5 G-Force, Nemesis will transport you on an exhilarating adventure through the Forbdden Valley!

Cbeebies Land

A colourful world crafted especially for the little ones, Cbeebies Land consists of various rides including the Go Jetters Vroomster Zoom Ride, Peter Rabbit Hippty Hop and Octonauts Rollercoaster Adventure.

  Congo River Rapids  

Venture down the flowing river rapids in a circular dingy for a water-full adventure! One all of the family can enjoy, the Congo River Rapids will have you laughing and joking all the way…

Rita

Travel at speeds almost reaching the speed of light and go to 100kph in just 2.5 seconds, experiencing a 4.7G move through your body. Famous for its extreme speed, Rita is one of the most unforgettable rides in the park!

The Blade  

All aboard the Blade! However this ride is not your typical ship: but swings to a near-vertical angle with a zero-gravity drop. For those seeking those extra thrills, then try sitting at the back of the Blade!

The Smiler

Full of trap doors, drops and surprising, the Smiler boasts 14 loops and is not to be missed by any rollercoaster lovers out there. Take on the challenge and travel at 85km/hr on the Smiler!

M1 Northbound – Junction 23a

M1 Southbound – Junction 28

M6 Northbound – Junction 15

M6 Southbound – Junction 16

  • Train: the closest train station to Alton Towers is Uttotexer Train Station which is just 10 miles from the resort; a 20 minute drive and a 30 minute bus. There is also Stoke on Trent Train Station which is 15 miles from the resort and you can take a local taxi. Derby Train Station is 25 miles from Alton Towers and then you can order a taxi which will take about 50 minutes.
