Directed by Marianne Elliott, one of the most beloved musicals of all times arrives in London's West End as you’ve never seen it before. The legendary character of Company, the musical comedy written by Stephen Sondheim in 1970, takes to the stage again, but this time as a woman. This new up-to-date gender-bending version features a spectacular cast, led by world famous actresses Patti LuPone and Rosalie Craig. There’s no way you can miss it!

Through such popular songs by Stephen Sondheim as Company, You Could Drive a Person Crazy, The Ladies Who Lunch, Side by Side and Being Alive, this legendary musical will move you once again with its tender and funny story about love, life and marriage. The fact is that Company at the Gielgud Theatre is more than just a revival, it’s a brilliant remake of one of the greatest musicals of all times.

Running time: 2 hours and 30 minutes (including an intermission)

Recommended age: It is recommended for people over the age of 15.

When Bobbie is unable to blow the candles out, her friends promise her that her birthday wish will come true, even if all she wished for was her friends’ ‘company’.

Company Tickets

Tickets are available to 30 March, 2019. There are shows every day from Monday to Saturday at 7:30 pm, and matinees every Thursday and Saturday at 2:30 pm.

STALLS: 507 seats are available, with a premium area in the middle. The seats in the last two rows are right under the Dress Circle and as a result have reduced visibility.

DRESS CIRCLE: Capacity for 202 people with good visibility.

GRAND CIRCLE: With 247 seats, the Grand Circle is without a doubt the cheapest area in the theatre. You can get tickets here from £12, albeit with reduced visibility, although this area also has seats with good visibility for between £20 and £30.

How much do Company tickets cost? Company tickets range from £12 for seats with extremely reduced visibility and £134.50 in the premium area of the Stalls. Prices for general tickets with a good view of the stages range from £80 to £50.

PREMIUM TICKETS: These are for the central seats of rows G-M of the Stalls, and cost between £134.50 and £99.50.

THE BEST SEATS: Due to the height of the theatre, the best place to enjoy the show is in the back seats of the centre of the Stalls, specifically rows N, O and P.

How can I get cheap tickets to see Company?  Due to the theatre’s architecture, some seats with really low visibility come at a very cheap price, more or less £12. These seats are in the slips of the Grand Circle, and apart from their reduced legroom, you will have to lean forward to see the stage. If you don’t mind spending a bit more to enjoy the show in comfort, the rest of the seats in the Grand Circle are also cheap and offer good visibility of the stage.
