Premiering on the 20th of February 2020 at Manchester Opera House, the electrifying production of Back to the Future The Musical is then set to then storm the West End. Boasting Tony-Award winning director John Rando, producer Colin Ingram (Ghost-The Musical) and Tim Hatley’s multi-award winning design team, Back to the Future the Musical has been six years in the making!

Based on the phenomenal film Back to the Future, which recieved a gross box office of £279 million, Back to the Future The Musical follows the extraordinary story of Marty McFly; a teenager who is accidentally sent back to 1955 in a DeLorean (an automobile-based time travel vehicle). When he meets his future parents in high school, Marty is responsible for making them fall in love and of course, find a way of returning back to 1985.

The legendary role of Marty is played by West End Star, Olly Dobson (Matilda, Bat Out of Hell The Musical), along with Hugh Coles (The Festival) as George and Rosana Hyland (School of Rock) as Lorraine. Featuring a new musical score as well as the movie’s classic hits, including The Power of Love, Johnny B Goode and Earth Angel, Back to The Future The Musical will transport you through an exhilarating rock ‘n’ roll time machine with this incredible musical stage production.
